Dual Boot with Vista fails after Vista reinstallation

Hi !

I have a dual boot Fedora 22 and Windows vista. I just reinstalled Vista because it was all messed up and couldn't use it properly anymore, getting errors each time I launched a program.

After reinstallation, I see all the options in the grub, Fedora boots normally. But Vista doesn't and I get :

error : unknown file sytem.

I tried to use Boot-Repair with an Ubuntu live-cd but it fails.

You can find all info, fdisk -l, grub etc here : http://paste2.org/XK9L1ckt

Vista is on /dev/sd3 and I can select it when I boot.

How can I fix this problem ? I have googled a lot this morning but can't see anything working.

Code:
Partition Boot Start Sector End Sector # of Sectors Id System

/dev/sda1 63 224,909 224,847 de Dell Utility
/dev/sda2 225,280 21,196,799 20,971,520 7 NTFS / exFAT / HPFS
/dev/sda3 * 21,196,800 404,436,374 383,239,575 7 NTFS / exFAT / HPFS
/dev/sda4 404,436,436 488,392,064 83,955,629 5 Extended
/dev/sda5 404,436,438 434,112,511 29,676,074 83 Linux
/dev/sda6 435,152,718 439,345,619 4,192,902 82 Linux swap / Solaris
/dev/sda7 439,345,683 488,392,064 49,046,382 83 Linux
/dev/sda8 434,114,560 435,148,799 1,034,240 83 Linux
Boot repair fails it asks me to
Code:
sudo chroot "/mnt/boot-sav/sda5" yum erase -y grub*-common grub-common:i386

Code:
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo chroot "/mnt/boot-sav/sda5" yum erase -y grub*-common grub-common:i386
Yum command has been deprecated, redirecting to '/usr/bin/dnf erase -y grub*-common grub-common:i386'.
See 'man dnf' and 'man yum2dnf' for more information.
To transfer transaction metadata from yum to DNF, run:
'dnf install python-dnf-plugins-extras-migrate && dnf-2 migrate'

No match for argument: grub*-common
No match for argument: grub-common:i386
Error: No packages marked for removal.
Thanks for your help !

Re: Dual Boot with Vista fails after Vista reinstallation

I would simply try rebuilding the grub2 menu:
Code:
sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
This should pick up your Windows Vista install. Running an Ubuntu utility might not work for a Fedora install, and could possibly bork things up for you.
