Question TF2 MP3 Playback Errors

Hello! I am using Fedora 23, LXDE 64-bit, and am having some issues with my sound in Team Fortress. I am relatively new to using Fedora and these forums,so please do forgive me if this is the wrong place or I am looking a bit dumb.
When I play in game, there is no MP3 playback, for example the character voices. I've been told I should install the 32-bit codecs for my system, but I'm not entirely sure where to go with that, but I did try. Nothing seems to have worked though...Anybody able to help me out? Thanks in advance!

Re: TF2 MP3 Playback Errors

Please search what this command does for extra details before applying it...

Code:
