xps 9650 lagging streaming is it a Flash or a Nvidia issue ?

I have a Dell xps 9650 and I am experiencing some strange behavior when streaming videos with Firefox.

Here is what I see :
  1. Video on youtube with Firefox works fine
  2. Video on other plateforms such as openload are lagging like crazy, with Firefox, sound is ok
  3. Video on other plateforms such as openload with chrome works fine

Because things are working fine with Chrome makes me think the problem comes from Flash and not the Nvidia card.
Could you help me in solving this issue ?
I'll post whatever disagnostic is required of course.

Many thanks

My 0.02$

From my experience, if I leave firefox up for more than 5 hours, everything I do becomes freeze-frame, even typing into form fields or text areas. Prompting a restart of firefox. Diagnosis: Your typical Object Oriented Lunacy, probably bloated itself to 8gb of ram or more and started using swap space to even exist.

Flash videos do work well when you start up firefox, for about 30 minutes, at which time they start with their freeze-frame behaviour.

Youtube, since they moved to HTML5 video seems to work better though yeah.
